摘要 研究THP34Y-2000液压机机身的结构特点及设计方法,提出利用结构优化设计方法对液压机机身进行了结构优化设计[1]。通过利用Pro/E软件对该液压机机身框架进行建模,并采用有限元分析模拟软件ANSYS对该液压机机身框架刚度和强度进行模拟分析,根据实际要求,限制相应自由度,加载计算,得出结构的应力和变形的分布。研究在满载工况下液压机机身模型各节点处的应力和变形的分布情况,并以此为基础进行了结构优化改进,提出了优化方案并进行优化计算。通过比较研究了机身结构对机身强度和刚度的影响,为框架式液压机机身结构的优化设计奠定了基础。优化设计后,改善了液压机机身的动态特性,减小了机身质量,得到了满意的结果。 The structure features and the design methods of THP34Y-2000 hydraulic press fiame have been studied. The optimized structural design of THP34Y-2000 hydraulic press frame has been put forward.A model of THP34Y-2000 hydraulic press fiame has been built with Pro/E program, and the fiame strength and rigidity have been analyzed by ANSYS program.The corresponding degree of fieedom has been restricted in accordance with the actual requirements. The structural deformation and stress distribution have been obtained by means of loading calculation. The deformation and stress distribution state of hydraulic press fiame mode under the affection of full loading has been studied. Based on it, the fi'ame structure has been optimized with the optimized projects calculated. The comparison its influence on strength and rigidity has been studied, which provides foundation for optimized design of the fi'ame.After optimizing the design, the dynamic characteristics of the frame have been improved and the weight of the frame has been reduced with satisfied results.
