摘要
马尾松是含脂较高的树种,而树脂对马尾松木材利用有不利影响。结合汽蒸及热压干燥对马尾松进行脱脂处理,结果发现不同树干高度的马尾松锯材在汽蒸2.5 h及1 400℃热压处理后,树脂含量由内向外分层含脂率基本呈逐渐增加趋势,其值分别为3.87%、3.90%和4.23%;而脱脂率基本呈递减的趋势,对应的值分别为12.53%、11.80%和4.00%。
The Pinus massoniana Lamb. is the tree which contains more resin, For the resin has adverse effect on the Pinus massoniana lumber, the timber was deresined by the different methods of steaming and press drying in this study. The results showed that in the condition of steamed for 2.5h ,then press dried at 1400C, the resin content in the timber at different height increases from inner layer to outer layer gradually, and the values are 3.87% ,3.9% & 4.23% respectively,and on the contrast,the deresination rate decreases gradually instead, and the values are 12.53% ,11, 8% & 4% respectively.
