摘要
枫杨、悬铃木和女贞在大气污染的环境下其叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、水分利用率、叶绿素总量和可溶性糖含量均比清洁区有所降低,而叶面水气压亏缺、叶片的质膜透性、叶绿素a/b、游离脯氨酸和丙二醛与清洁区相比呈上升趋势。采用隶属函数法对3种树的抗污染性进行评价,其结果为:女贞的抗污染能力最强,其次是悬铃木,枫杨最弱。
The effects of air pollution on physio-biochemical characteristics of three street trees of Platanus hispanica, Pterocarya stenoptera and Ligustrum lucidum were studied in this paper. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), transpiration rate (Tr), water utilization efficiency ( WUE), and the content of chlorophyll and soluble sugar in leaves of three species under the air-polluted condition were less than those in control, while vapor pressure deficit at the leaf surface ( Vpdl), membrane permeability, Chlorophylla/b, free praline, and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the air-polluted environment were greater compared with the control. By the subordinate function values it was found that the anti-pollution ability of Platanus hispanica was lower than Ligustrum Lucidum but greater than Pterocarya stenoptera.
