摘要 目的探讨准分子激光角膜瓣背面磨镶术(LASUK)治疗准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术后屈光欠矫和回退的疗效。方法对LASIK后屈光欠矫和回退的14例(24眼)施行LASUK,观察术后视力、屈光度、角膜后表面及haze情况。结果术后3个月视力和屈光度趋于稳定,术后无角膜浑浊,无继发性圆锥角膜。术后6个月,裸眼视力≥0.6和≥1.0者分别为24眼(100.00%)和18眼(75.00%)。屈光度介于±1.00D者22眼(91.67%),19眼屈光度介于±0.50D之间,最佳矫正视力无下降者。结论LASUK治疗LASIK术后屈光欠矫是安全有效的。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laser in undersurface flap keratomileusis (LASUK) treating for the undercor-rection after laser in situ Keratomileusis. Methods After treated with laser in situ Keratomiieusis (LASIK), the myopia in 14 patients (24 eyes) was undercorrected. The residual myopia was-1.75D - -4.25D( average -3.15D±1.05D) and astigmatism -0.50D - -1.25D( average - 0.78D - 0.35D) , The thickness of central cornew was 425 μm-2.05 μm. All the patients was tveated with laser in undersuface flap Keratomileusis (LASUK) using Nidek EC-5000 cx Ⅱ and Visx star S4. Results The vision and refractive status were statle at 6 months postoperatively. No eye lost best corrected sneller visual acuily, No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred. At 6 postoperative months, 22 eyes (91.67%) were within ±1.00 diopter, and 19 eyes(79. 17% )were with in -0.50 diopter. The uncorrected vision was over 0.6 in 24 eyes( 100% ),and over 1.0 in 18 eyes (75.0%). Conclusions The undercorrected myopia after LASIK can be treated with LASUK. It is effective and safe procedure.
