摘要
文章以纺织工程专业教师为例,阐述了新时期工科专业教师工程实践能力建设的必要性、专业教师的内涵、作用及培养的措施和途径。提出发展工程类工科教育,实现工程类培养人才的目标,关键是要建设一支既有现代教育理论水平,又有现代教育实践能力;既有较高文化素质、业务技能素质,又有较强动手实践能力的专业教师队伍。
