摘要
为实现正交面齿轮的加工,利用包络法对正交面齿轮齿廓进行设计,并根据齿廓仿真对正交面齿轮齿顶尖化、全齿高尖化和毛坯尖化进行研究。建立了正交面齿轮的包络坐标系,给出了产形面方程及其齿角方程,推导了面齿轮齿廓方程和过渡曲面方程,利用MATLAB和CATIA软件对面齿轮齿廓进行了仿真。根据仿真结果,分析了面齿轮尖化现象,得出尖化条件,通过最小二乘法对尖化条件的数值计算结果进行统计分析,得到面齿轮齿顶尖化、全齿高尖化和毛坯尖化的近似方程。最后通过面齿轮加工实验,验证了理论计算和近似方程的可行性。
In order to produce face--gear drive, a face--gear drive with spur involute pinion was considered. The generation of the face gear was based on enveloping method. The equations of theoretic geometrical tooth surface and transitional surface of face gear were deduced and the phenomenon of pointing of face gear was analyzed. According to the analysis, the data of pointing are concluded and the engineering equation of pointing is gained. In the end, the feasibility of the theoretic results was received, by the experiments of face gear.
