摘要
针对压气机二级叶片发生的进气边掉角故障,通过分析叶片结构固有特性以及激振因素,阐明了该叶片掉角故障主要是由第7阶和第10阶的高阶共振所引起的疲劳破坏造成的。通过叶片结构动态优化、叶片表面质量改进有效地预防了叶片掉角故障。尝试采用一级静止叶片不等距安装方式降低叶片振动。
For the loss corner faults of blades of second level in compressor, with comparion of blades' natural characteristics and exciting sources in details, the faults mainly stem from fatigues for the 7th order and the 10th order vibrations. Dynamic optimized structure of blade and improved surface quality were studied to prevent the loss corner faults effectively. The state blades of the first level were also tried to be fixed in unequal distances to make blade vibration lower.
