摘要
旅游目的地游客忠诚的研究伴随消费者行为研究的范式转移而产生。在旅游目的地竞争日益激烈的情况下,如果想维持目的地的游客偏好,则需要培育游客忠诚。本文回顾了近10年来国内外有关旅游目的地游客忠诚研究的主要成果,并根据国内外研究现状,展望了今后国内对旅游目的地游客忠诚的研究,希望为国内相关研究提供启示。
Study on visitors' loyalty to tourist destinations comes into being along with paradigm shift of the study on consumers' behavior from "satisfaction" to "loyalty". With increasingly fierce competition of tourist destinations, we need to cultivate visitors' loyalty if we want to keep visitors' preference towards tourism destinations. The paper, while retrospecting major study results about visitors' destination loyalty both at home and abroad in the past decade, looks forward to subsequent research about visitors' destination loyalty in China in the hope of providing some enlightenments to our relevant study.
