摘要
职业倦怠(job burnout)是现代经济条件下在职业环境内普遍出现的一种社会现象。近年来,图书馆界已开始关注职业倦怠对图书馆事业的消极影响,职业倦怠治理的研究业已成为业内人士关注的重要问题之一。通过对"升本"前后我院图书馆员职业倦怠的个案研究,提出有效治理职业倦怠的措施。
Job burnout is a social phenomenon under occupational environment in modem economic condition in recent years; libraries have started to pay attention to the negative effect of job burnout, Studies on job burnout control have become one of the important issues in the library sector. Through a comparison of and research on library' s personnel job burnout in our college before and after "college upgrading to undergraduate university" the author has put forward his own view on ways to deal with the problem of library job burnout.
