摘要
目的了解临床科室对消毒供应室的工作满意度,找出存在的问题,持续改进服务质量。方法采用自行设计的临床科室对供应室满意度调查表,由专人对80个临床科室的240名工作人员进行问卷调查。结果临床科室工作人员对供应室工作人员的服务态度满意度为94.4%,对无菌物品及时供应满意度为97.7%,对供应室与临床科室能有效沟通满意度为92.5%,对无菌物品供应质量满意度为96.2%。结论为了促进供应室能更好地配合临床科室的工作,供应室工作人员应改善服务态度,提高业务能力水平,加强与临床科室的沟通,从而达到持续改进服务质量的目的。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of clinical departments with the supply room so as to find the problems and improve service quality. Method The self-designed questionnaire on satisfaction degree with the supply room was adopted to conduct investigation among 80 workers from the clinical departments. Result The satisfaction rotes with service attitude,effective communication between supply room and clinical departments and supply of disinfected articles were 94.4%, 92.5% and 96.2% respectively. Conclusion In order to boost the degree of satisfaction from clinical division, the staff of the supply room should improve their service attitude, raise their professional ability, and enhance communication with clinical departments so as to continue their improvement of service quality.
