摘要
目的探讨早期康复训练对改善急性脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的效果。方法对136例急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者进行早期康复训练,内容包括吞咽基础训练和摄食训练。并评定其康复训练前后患者吞咽障碍的改善情况。结果136例急性脑卒中患者经早期康复训练后,治愈61.8%(84/136),有效26.5%(36/136),无效11.7%(16/136)。康复训练前后患者洼田氏饮水试验测定结果比较,!2=150.63,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者实施早期吞咽功能康复训练,可明显改善患者的吞咽功能,提高患者的生存质量,减少吸入性肺炎的发生,从而减轻患者的家庭负担。
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training on dysphagia of acute stroke patients with. Methods A total of 136 acute stroke patients with dysphagia were recruited in an early rehabilitation training program, which included basic swallowing training and ingestion training. The curing effects were evaluated by comparing their pre- and posttraining swallowing abilities. Results Through the early rehabilitation training, 84 patients（61.8%） were completely recovered, 36（26.5%） had swallowing ability improved, and 16（11.7%） had no effect. The patients＇ swallowing function after the training was obviously improved as evaluated by the Watian＇s drinking water test,which was also statistically significant as analyzed using Chi-square （X^2）test （X^2=150.63,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation training may significantly improve the swallowing function of acute stroke patients, ameliorate patients＇ quality of life, ensure proper nutrition, and reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia, and therefore alleviate the burdens of patients＇ families.
