摘要
采用X射线衍射仪,金相显微镜及透射电镜分析W18Cr4V高速钢离子渗氮层相结构,采用连续加载压入法测定渗氮层脆性,分析了渗氮工艺对渗层相结构与脆性的影响。结果表明:离子渗氮工艺影响渗层相结构、含量及其分布,从而影响渗层脆性。
The phase structure of the plasma nitrided layer of W18Cr4V high speed steel has been investigated with the help of X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The brittleness of the layer has been studied by continuous indentation loading. The influence of plasma nitriding process on the phase structure and brittleness of the nitrided layer has been analysed. Results showed that plasma nitriding process influenced the structure, nitrogen content and distribution of the nitrided layer, thus influencing the brittle-ness.
