摘要 对知识进行管理不但可以促进高校教师专业知识的不断建构,而且还会促进高校教师专业技能、专业意识等的形成,从而促进高校教师专业发展。文章从知识管理视角探讨了高校教师专业发展的知识管理内涵和促进高校教师专业发展的知识管理策略。
