摘要
实现了装载机工作装置可视化、参数化设计系统的开发,该系统基于通用有限元分析软件ANSYS、系统动力学分析软件ADAMS,针对装载机工作装置的参数化建模过程而编制,包括有限元分析和动力学分析模型的参数化.利用该系统,工程设计人员可实现快速设计,可借助企业工程设计人员的经验去设计优化工作装置的参数.
The visualized and parameterized design system is developed to facilitate in designing wheel loader's manipulator. In this vein, a parametric model is established on the manipulator using the commercial finite element analysis and the dynamical analysis software, i.e. ANSYS^TM and ADAMS^TM, respectively. Therefore, a quick design can be realized based on this system. Furthermore, the expertise of designers can be used to solicit the manipulator' s parameters.
