摘要
掘进机是煤矿生产中的重要设备.掘进机按对于巷道断面的作用方式可划分为两种:全断面掘进机和部分断面掘进机.根据EBZ-160悬臂式掘进机的工作过程,建立了断面仿形截割控制的数学模型,为掘进机实现自动控制提供理论依据,为掘进机械化奠定基础.
The excavator is a key equipment for mining. According to different actions upon tunnel sections, the excavator can be categorized into tunneling boom machine and partially-sized tunneling machine. Based on the working procedure of boom-typed excavator EBZ-160, a mathematical model is developed for profile-cutting control. As such, this approach establishes a theoretical basis on excavator automatic control and excavating mechanization.
