摘要
针对光轮压路机车架结构的轻量化问题,分析了车架在行驶、转向和摆动3种典型工况下的受力问题,对前、后车架分别组合成了8种边界条件和载荷工况,对压路机车架的有限元模型进行了静强度分析,在此基础上对车架进行了优化分析计算,车架结构减少了31%的质量,并对车架的局部结构提出了有效的改进措施,设计出合理的车架结构.
Pertaining to the frame weight lightening of smooth-wheeled rollers,the frame stress is analyzed under such typical working conditions as running,turning and jigging.Then,eight combinations of boundary and loading conditions are proposed regarding front and rear frames,respectively.Afterwards,the static strength analysis is conducted using a finite element model (FEM). Based on the structural optimization, the total frame weight is reduced by 31 percent.Finally,some metrics are postulated to effectively improve frame structure design.
