中耳内翻性乳头状瘤1例报告 被引量：2

摘要 林某,女,44岁。因左耳反复流脓30年,耳后溃烂1月余于2001年8月8日入院。患者30年来反复左耳流脓,脓液量不多,呈淡黄色,较粘稠,有臭味,偶带血丝。左耳听力下降,无耳闷胀感、耳鸣、眩晕、头痛及畏寒发热。入院前行病理检查为“炎症伴鳞状上皮增生,未见癌”。入院检查：全身浅表淋巴结无肿大，左耳廓无畸形，左外耳道狭窄，鼓膜窥不清。左耳后乳突区肿胀溃烂，表面为脓性痂覆盖。音又检查（256Hz）：RT右（＋），左（-），WT居中。CT示：左侧外耳道充盈软组织密度病灶，中耳、
