摘要
介绍一种精密气体压力测量与控制系统。针对气体压力控制过程中的非线性和不确定性,采用模糊控制策略和基于PWM控制的电磁调节阀,设计了模糊控制器,对精密气体压力的给定进行了研究,实现了气体压力的精密控制。实验表明,系统压力产生速度快,精度高,控制稳定性好。
A measure and control system of precision pneumatic pressure is introduced. In allusion to the nonlinear and uncertainty of pneumatic pressure control, the fuzzy control theory is adopted. Methods of pneumatic pressure control are studied in the paper. The fuzzy-controller is designed based on electromagnetism valves controlled by PWM. Results show that the process of pressure generation is rapid and accurate.
