摘要
文章研究了采用大修维护的设备,在有限时间区间内且在大修为不完全维护的条件下,维护时间的优化问题。论文以维护净收益为目标函数,首先建立了维护成本为常数的模型,然后在此基础上建立维护成本变化的动态优化模型,最后考虑风险因素,建立基于风险的优化模型。研究表明,在不完全维护条件下,大修时间不再是等周期的,而是不断减小的。
This paper studies maintenance time optimization problems for equipment overhaul maintenances within a limited time interval under the condition that overhauls are incomplete maintenances. At first,it establishes a constant maintenance costs model with the net yield as the objective function. Based onthe constant maintenance costs model the dynamic optimization model with variable maintenance costs is then formulated. Finally the risk-based optimization model is studied with consideration of risk factors. The research shows that for incomplete maintenances, the overhaul cycle time is not equally periodical but constantly decreasing.
