摘要
通过烯丙基化变性对淀粉进行预处理制取烯丙基淀粉(AS),再与丙烯酸甲酯(MA)进行接枝共聚合成接枝淀粉(AS-g-PMA),文章探索了这种接枝淀粉与PVA1799混合浆的黏附、浆膜及浆纱性能,与目标配方进行比较,揭示出AS-g-PMA取代PVA的可能性。实验表明,随着AS-g-PMA用量的增加,混合浆浆膜的断裂强度增大,但断裂伸长率和断裂功下降;AS-g-PMA的用量对涤/棉纤维的黏附性能影响显著;上浆实验证实,当AS-g-PMA与PVA的质量比为60∶40时,浆纱性能的各项指标均已达到或接近目标浆料。与当前浆纱中的常用浆料配方相比,采用AS-g-PMA能够在浆纱质量不变的条件下大幅度减少PVA用量。
Allyl starch was prepared by etberification pretreatment of introducing allyl groups onto starch, and then AS-g-PMA was synthesized through graft copolymerization between aUyl starch and methyl acrylate. The adhesion to fibers, sizing film and sizing performance of the blended size composed of AS-g-PMA and PVA-1799 were investigated. And the possibility by using AS-g-PMA to substitute PVA component was studied by contrast experiments. The experimental results demonstrate that with the increase of AS-g-PMA content, the breaking strength of film is reinforced while breaking elongation and breaking work descend gradually. The usage of AS-g-PMA remarkably affects the adhesion of the blended size to polyester/cotton fiber. The result of sizing experiment proves that sizing performance indexes of the blended size are almost as good as those of object size when the weight ratio of AS-g-PMA to PVA is 60: 40. Compared to the conventional size formulation used in modem sizing engineering, AS-g-PMA can greatly reduce the usage of PVA and keep same the sizing quality.
