摘要
室内研究了阿维菌素与杀虫单以不同配比的混配对水稻二化螟的毒力,结果表明:m(阿维菌素)∶m(杀虫单)=1∶79时共毒系数最低,为103.60,表现为相加作用。其它各配比共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用。其中m(阿维菌素)∶m(杀虫单)=1∶99时的共毒系数最高,达164.23,增效作用最显著,说明该混剂应用配比(1∶99)复配防治水稻二化螟具有合理性和可行性。
Toxicity of the combiantion of abamectin and monosultap against Chilo suppressalis was tested. The results showed that among the five rations of abamectin and monosuhap, cotoxicity coefficient (CTC) was the lowest at the ratio of 1:79, indicating addition effect. The highest synergism appeared at the ratio of 1:99 with CTC of 164.23. Thus the 1:99 ratio of abamectin and monosultap can be considered to be applied in agricultural practice.
