摘要
为了探讨1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)的平喘作用,我们比较研究了FDP对组胺致敏豚鼠呼吸力学的影响。结果表明,给豚鼠静注组胺s8μg/kg30s后,肺阻力从(0.032±0.004)kPa·ml-1·s-1升至(0.088±0.014)kpa·ml-1.s-1。而静注FDP400mg/kg15min后再次静往同等剂量组胺,在30s后肺阻力仅从(0.032±0.006)KPa·ml-1.s-1升至(O.040±O.008)kpa.ml-1.s-1,两次升高幅度具有明显差异(P<O.01)。提示FDP能明显抑制组胺诱发的豚鼠支气管收缩作用。
PURPOSE In order to evaluate the values of fructose - 1,6 - diphosphate (FDP) on asthma.METHODS We studied the effect of FDP on respiratory mechanics in guinea pigs induced by histamine.RESI;TS Pulmonary resistance (RL) of guinea pigs was increased from (O. O32 ± O. OO4 ) kPa ml - l s- lto (0. 088 ± 0. 014) kPa ml-l s- 1, 3O seconds after intravenous histamine (His) 8μg/kg. However, fifteen min after intravenous FDP 4O0 mg/kg, RL was only increased from (O. 032 ±O. O06)kPa' ml- 1 .s- l to (0. O4O ±0. OO8)kPa ml - 1 s- 1 at the same time point of 3O seconds by the same amount of intravenous His cha1lenge.There was significant difference between the two levels of increased RL by His (P < O. O1 ).CONCLUSI0NS FDP has a significant inhibitory effect on guinea pig bronchoconstriction induced by His.
