摘要
目的探讨胃癌螺旋CT征象与VEGF-C、VEGFR-3蛋白表达的关系。方法对81例进展期胃癌患者于手术前1周内行SCT平扫及三期动态增强扫描,术后应用免疫组织化学染色的方法测定肿瘤组织VEGF-C、VEGFR-3蛋白的表达。结果①81例进展期胃癌组织中VEGF-C阳性表达率为64.2%(52/81),VEGFR-3阳性表达率为67.9%(55/81)。②52例VEGF-C表达阳性的标本中,45例VEGFR-3表达阳性,VEGF-C表达与VEGFR-3表达呈显著正相关。③SCT图像显示的肿瘤强化幅度≥30 HU、<30 HU组VEGF-C阳性表达率分别为86.5%和45.5%,VEGFR-3阳性表达率分别为67.6%和68.2%。④浆膜侵犯有、无组VEGF-C阳性表达率分别为80.8%和34.5%,VEGFR-3阳性表达率分别为75%和55.2%。⑤淋巴结转移阳、阴性组VEGF-C阳性表达率分别为81.3%和39.4%,VEGFR-3阳性表达率分别为87.5%和36.4%。结论VEGF-C的表达与SCT图像显示的肿瘤强化幅度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,VEGFR-3的表达与SCT图像显示的淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between spiral CT features and expressions of VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 in advanced gastric carcinoma, Methods Both plain SCT scan and contrast-enhanced SCT scan were performed in 81 patients with advanced gastric cancer. All 81 patients underwent gastrectomy within one week after SCT scanning, After operation, the specimens were used immunohistochemical staining to detect the expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3. Results ①Of 81 cases advanced gastric carcinoma, the positive expression rate of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 were 64.2% and 67.9% respectively.②In 81 cases, both VEGF-C-positive expression and VEGFR-3-positive expression were detected in 45 specimens, and the expression of VEGF-C was positive correlation with VEGFR-3. ③The VEGF-C-positive rates were 86.5% and 45.5% in the contrast enhancement over and under 30 HU, the VEGFR-3-positive rates were 67.6% and 68. 2% respectively④ The VEGF-C-positive rates were 80.8% and 34.5% in patients with and without serosal invasion respectively. The VEGFR-3-positive rates were 75 % and 55.2 % in patients with and without serosal invasion respectively⑤The VEGF-C-positive rates were 81.3 % and 39.4 % in patients with and without lymph node metastasis respectively. The VEGFR-3-positive rates were 87.5% and 36. 4% in patients with and without lymph node metastasis respectively. Conclusion The VEGF-C expression is closely correlated with the contrast enhancement, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis. The VEGFR-3 expression is closely correlated with lymph node metastasis.
