摘要
在填料吸收塔中,应用废机油为吸收剂对含甲苯废气进行了实验研究。系统地考察了填料层高度、进口甲苯浓度、空塔气速、液气比等因素对吸收效率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,废机油能有效净化废气中的甲苯,去除率达到95%~98%。吸收尾液蒸馏能回收甲苯和废机油。
The purification of organic waste gas containing toluene with waste engine oil absorbent has been carried out in structured packing columns.The effects of height of structured packing,inlet concentration,the gas flow velocity,and ratio of volume of liquid to gas on absorption efficiency were systematically investigated,and the optional operation condition was established.The test results show that under the optimal condition,the removal rate of toluene in the exhaust gas can be up to 95%~98%.
