摘要
通过单片计算机对Ti-15-3合金超塑性拉伸变形过程进行优化控制,讨论了其优化原理和控制方法,介绍了该计算机控制系统的硬件和软件。实验结果表明,超塑变形过程的优化控制能显著提高Ti-15-3钛合金的超塑性能,是一种有应用价值的最佳变形模式。
In this paper the superplastic tensile deformation process in Titanium alloy is controlled optimally by single-chip microcomputer. Its optimization principles and control method are discussed. The hardware and software computer control system is presented. The test results have shown thai the superplasticity in Ti-15-3 Titanium alloy is raised remarkabaly by means of process optimized of superplastic deformation, which is a useable optimal deformation pattern.
