摘要
高职院校的入口模式和职业资格证书制度对我国国民整体职业素质的提高有着深远的影响。我们要改革高职入口模式，坚持以考查职业技能为主,面向全民；同时，构建适应企业需求的职业技能证书评审体系，规范职业资格证书管理，促进职业教育健康发展,推动国民职业素质的提高。
The enrolling pattern of vocational colleges and vocational credentials system have a deep effect on our Chinese whole vocational quality. We should reform the enrolling pattern of vocational colleges, stick to mainly examining the technical abilities geared to the needs of the whole Chinese, build the appraising system of vocational and technical certificates meeting the demands and needs of enterprises and standardize the vocational credentials management to promote the wholesome development of vocational education and the improvement of Chinese vocational qualifies.
