摘要
青少年学生心理危机干预是一项复杂的系统工程，在危机处理中面临着诸如健全人格的培养意识淡薄、社会对心理危机缺乏理解、缺少人际关心互相爱护的社会文化、片面强调个人成功的竞争意识等等问题，这都影响到青少年学生心理危机的有效干预。笔者试图从组织领导体系、教育防范体系、心理干预体系等五个要素体系，构建一个较为完善的青少年学生心理危机干预机制。
Teenage students＇ psychological crisis intervention is a complicated and systematic project. In the process of handling the crisis, the following relative problems are usually dealt with： the weak sound personality＇s developing, society＇s inadequate understanding the psychological crisis, lack of social culture of mutual care and stress on the personal successful competitive consciousness unilaterally, which affect the effective intervention of teenage students＇ psychological crisis. This paper attempts to build a relatively perfect teenage students＇ psychological crisis intervention mechanism from the systems as below： organization system and so on. leading system, education system, psychology intervention system and so on.
