摘要
选用10个春小麦新品系,对单株籽粒蛋白产量与其它性状间的遗传变异系数、广义遗传力、遗传相关系数、广义相关遗传力等遗传参数进行了估算和分析。结果表明:影响蛋白产量的主要遗传因素是生物学产量、单株粒数和蛋白含量。利用它们对蛋白质产量性状进行间接选择的效率大于直接选择,但蛋白质含量为主要限制因素,选择时不宜要求过严。
Ten new spring wheat strains were selected to evaluate and analyze some genetic parameters including genetic variation coefficient, broad heritability, genetic correlation coefficient, broad correlation heritability and so on, between grain protein yield and other traits. The results showed that the main factors influ- encing protein yield were biomass,grain number per plant and protein content; and compared with direct selection for protein yield, using them for indirect selection was more efficiency. Protein content was the main limiting factor and selecting criterion for it should not be too high.
