摘要
分析了福建省水资源开发利用和保护的现状、中长期供求态势、面临的主要问题与制约因素，就福建省２１世纪持续发展战略，对当前应该和可能解决的紧迫问题提出了对策和措施．
The article analysis the present situation of the exploitation,utilization and protection of water resources in Fujian,medium and longterm situation of supply and demand as well as the major coming difficulties and restricted factors.It points out the countermeasures and measures on the present urgent problems that should be and are likely to be solved for Fujian's continuous development in the 21st Century.
