摘要
利用Si-H封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PHMS)与烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(F6)的硅氢化加成反应合成聚醚-b-聚硅氧烷中间体(PESO),再用马来酸酐对其进一步改性,合成了羧基化聚醚有机硅(CPES),用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(^1H—NMR)确认了CPES的结构,然后用原子力显微镜(AFM)对基于CPES及其构筑的超分子膜形貌进行了研究。结果表明,由CPES与N-β-氨乙基γ-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ASO-1)在乙酸乙酯稀溶剂介质中自组装构筑的超分子膜CPES/ASO-1,其形貌完全不同于结构基元CPES与ASO-1,在其表面不仅有众多细小亮斑存在,而且还分布有一定数目形体较大、环形亮斑套有小亮斑的分子聚集体。其原因可能是离子化后的CPES胶束在ASO11分子周围发生单层或多层吸附、团聚而产生的。
An intermediate, hydroxyl terminated polyther-b-polydimethylsiloxane (PESO), is synthesized by hydrosilylation of Si-H terminated polydimethylsiloxane (PHMDS) with allyl polyoxyethylenepolyoxypropylene ehter (F6). Then based upon the intermediated, a carboxyl modified polyether-b-polydimethylsiloxane (CPES) is prepared by reaction of maleic anhydride with PESO. After chemical structures of the synthesized polysiloxanes are characterized by IR and ^1H-NMR spectra, the film morphology of CPES as well as a supermolecule self-assembled from CPES and N-β- arninothyl-γ-aminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane(ASO-1) are investigated by atomic force microscope (AFM). The experimental results indicate that the supermolecule self-assembles from CPES and ASO-1 in ethyl acetate solution possesses film morphology very different from CPES and ASO-1. There are not only many small bright dots, but also some aggregates of big size and marvelous, a dot circled by dots morphology locate on the film surface. It is estimated that the marvelovs, a dot circled by dots morphology possibly results from the aggregates of different inoic CPES micelles adsorbed on the curled cationic ASO-1 molecule surfaces.
