摘要
目的研究Stat3、bcl-2在肺癌中的表达,探讨其表达的临床意义及二者的相互关系。方法采用免疫组化检测18例鳞癌、21例腺癌,4例小细胞肺癌组织及癌旁组织、正常组织中的Stat3、bcl-2表达水平。结果Stat3在腺癌中的阳性表达率为85%,高于癌旁组织(40%)和正常组织(20%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。Stat3在鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率为55%,高于癌旁组织(20%)和正常组织(20%)差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);中分化~高分化与低分化肺癌Stat3阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05);有淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移肺癌Stat3阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);bcl-2在小细胞未分化癌组织中的阳性表达率为100%,高于癌旁组织(0%),正常组织(0%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。中分化~高分化与低分化肺癌bcl-2阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);有淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移肺癌bcl-2阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);bcl-2在男性癌组织中的阳性率(71.43%)高于女性(O%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);bcl-2在癌组织中的表达与年龄无关,差异无统计学意义(P〉O.05)。Stat3在肺癌中的表达与bcl-2呈正相关。结论Stat3可作为肺癌组织的标志物;Stat3在肺癌中的表达与bcl-2呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of Stat3 and bcl-2 , their clinical slgnlficances and their relationship with each other in human lung carcinoma. Methods Immunohistoehemieal methods were used to detected the expression of Stat3 and bcl-2 in 44 lung cancer specimens, their near tissue and normal tissue. Results The positive rates of Stat3 (85 %,55 %) in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those in tissure near cancer (400%,20 % ) and nomal tissue (20 %, 200%) (p 〈0.05). There was significant difference among different histological types(P〈0.05), no difference present between the positive rate of Stat3 in cancer with and without lymphoid node metastasis(P〉0.05). There were significant differences among the positive rates of bcl-2 in small cell lung cancer (100%) ,fissure near cancer (0%) and nomal tissue (0%) (P〈0.05) ,but no difference was present between the positive rate of bcl-2 in cancer with and without lymphoid node metastasis(P〉0. 05) ,and no different present among different histological types(P〈0.05). The positive rate of Stat3 in lung carcinoma was higher in male(71.43 % )than in femal (0%). No correlations were demonstrated between the positive rate of bcl-2 and age. A positive correlation of the expression of Stat3 with that of bcl-2 was identified, Conclusion Stat3 can be markers of lung carcinoma. Positive correlation is demonstrated between the expression of Stat3 and that of bcl-2.
