摘要
交互记忆系统可用于解释团队任务完成过程中的知识处理机制。本文以浙江省杭州地区的41个工作团队为样本,研究了交互记忆系统与团队任务、成员异质性、团队绩效之间的关系,在一定程度上弥补了以往实验室研究的不足。除了证实Lewis量表中有两个题目不理想外,还证实了:交互记忆系统与任务的常规程度、成员的专长异质性、团队绩效有显著相关性,而与成员的一般异质性(人口统计学特征)无显著相关性。本文采用rwg指标检验组内一致性,为以后在组织研究中处理多层面问题提供了一种可行的解决办法。
Transactive memory system(TMS)is a mechanism that can explain how members of effective teams process information needed for solving problems, and how they apply what they know. Based on the sample investigation of 41 work teams from 32 enterprises in Hangzhou, this paper studies the relationships between TMS and other team factors including team task, member heterogeneity and team performance, which is different from studies in the laboratory. Two items in the TMS scale developed by Lewis is verified be dropped. Furthermore,the resuits indicate that, TMS is significantly related to the routine level of task,expertise heterogeneity of team members and team performance, but not so with the general heterogeneity of team members (demographic characteristics). This paper uses the index rwg test within group agreement,as providing a feasible resolution to solve the multilevel problem in organizational studies.
