摘要
针对鹤壁市福源精煤有限公司选煤厂重介质消耗过高的问题,通过对系统中消耗介质的环节进行检测,确定重点因素进行工艺分析,对脱介筛、磁选机进行技术改造,降低了介耗,提高了煤炭产品质量。
According to the high consumption of heavy-medium in Coal Preparation Plant, each unit consuming medium in system was detected, and the key factors were analyzed and determined. The medium separation sieve and magnetic separator were reformed, which consume medium consumption and improved quality of coal products.
