摘要
九十年代初新发展的超大孔分子筛MCM-41(孔径约3.5nm),它的孔径远远超过目前小于1.2nm的微孔分子筛如X、Y、丝光沸石和ZSM-5沸石。由于它的均匀大孔结构和较好的酸性,可以应用于重油加工和大分子精细化工反应,是当前国内外沸石研究热点课题。本文介绍了这种沸石分子筛的合成技术,物化特性及应用前景。
The pore diameter of MCM- 41 (a kind of new super -marroporous molecular sieve developed in early 90' s) is 3. 5nm and faraway surpass those of present microporous molecular sieves(< 1. 2nm)such as X,Y, mordenite and ZSM - 5 zeolite etc.It can be used in the processing of heavy oil and the fine chehacal reactions of large molcules due to its uniform macroporous structure, and better acidity, and is the current hot topic of zeolite research at home and abroad.The sYnthesizing technology, physico - chemical properties and application prospoects of zeolite molecular sieve MCM - 41 are introduced.
