摘要
AIM:To study the chemical constituents of the style of Zea mays L.METHODS:The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods,and their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis.RESULTS:Nine compounds were obtained and their structures were elucidated as β-sitosterol(1),chrysoeriol(2),chrysoeriol 6-C-β-boivino-pyranosyl(3),chrysoeriol 6-C-β-boivinopyranosyl-7-O-β-glucopyranoside(4),ax-4″-OH-3’-methoxy-maysin(5),p-coumaric acid(6),vanillic acid(7),aurantiamide acetate(8),pseudolario acid E(9).CONCLUSION:Compounds 2,6-9 were isolated from the style of Zea mays L.for the first time.
