摘要
目的研究利用改性粉煤灰作为吸附剂来处理含磷废水,提高磷的去除率.方法通过静态实验,在室温下讨论了吸附平衡时间、pH值、吸附剂用量、颗粒的大小以及废水含磷初始浓度的变化对粉煤灰处理含磷废水效果的影响.结果用2 mol/L的硫酸改性的粉煤灰,投加40 g/L左右来处理质量浓度为50 mg/L的含磷废水,反应4 h后磷的去除率可以达到92%以上.并且改性粉煤灰对磷的吸附符合Freundlich公式.结论改性粉煤灰可以作为一种有效的吸附剂,来处理废水中的磷.
The research process using the modified pulverized fly ash as the absorbent contains the phosphate waste water, enhances the phosphate removing rate, thus better removes the phosphate from the waste water. Through the static state experiment, discussing the change by the fact of balance time, pH value, adsorbent dosages, pellet size and the initial concentration of phosphate under the room temperature to the influence of the effect of fly ash remove waste water holding phosphate effect. Under neuter condition, changeing the modified fly ash after 2 mol/L H2SO4, throwing about 40 g/L to remove concentration containing for 50 mg/L of waste water holding phosphate, the remove rate to reach above 92 % after reaction 4 hours. And modified fly ash to the phosphate adsorption according to Freundlich formula. Modified fly ash phosphorus can be used as an adsorbent to remove the phosphate from waste water.
