摘要
分析了国内关于企业家的业绩评价、综合评价两类评价指标研究存在的局限性,创新性地提出基于企业生命周期理论构建新的企业家业绩评价指标体系,分别从财务业绩、经营业绩、企业成长业绩、企业社会贡献业绩等四个方面对企业家业绩进行全方位的衡量,以期对企业家业绩做出科学、客观、公正、规范的评价,为企业家选拔、考核、引导和激励工作提供理论支持。
Starting with the analysis of enterprisers' performance evaluation in our country, the paper comprehensively evaluates the restrictions in two kinds of evaluation index researches, and creatively put forward enterprise life cycle theory. Then a new evaluation index system of enterprisers' performance has been constructed based on the above theory. According to the system, the overall evaluation on enterpriser' s performance is carried out from four aspects like finance, management, enterprise growth and social achievement of enterprises, expecting the scientific, objective, just and standard evaluation on enterprisers' performances, and providing theoretical basis for enterprisers in doing the selection, examination, guidance and encouragement.
