摘要
考察了Pd/γ-Al2O3及Pd/Al-CLM两种催化剂的苯和均三甲苯加氢饱和性能。结果两种催化剂的苯加氢饱和性能相当,苯转化率均在99%以上,饱和产物选择性分别为81.37%和77.73%;两种催化剂的均三甲苯加氢饱和性能差别较大,Pd/Al-CLM催化剂的均三甲苯转化率为100%,Pd/γ-Al2O3催化剂的均三甲苯转化率仅为6.10%,饱和产物的选择性均在77%以上。考察稀释后两种催化剂的均三甲苯加氢饱和性能,结果它们的饱和产物选择性均在78%左右,用Al-CLM稀释Pd/γ-Al2O3后催化剂的均三甲苯转化率为34.76%,用γ-Al2O3稀释Pd/γ-Al2O3后催化剂的均三甲苯转化率仅为2.10%。结果表明,Pd/Al-CLM催化剂中存在氢溢流现象,而且该溢流氢参与均三甲苯加氢饱和反应。
The hydrogenation of benzene and mesitylene over Pd/Al-CLM or Pd/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was studied. The property of benzene hydrogenation over the two catalysts is almost the same. The benzene conversion of the two catalysts is both above 99%, and the selectivity of the saturate productions of benzene hydrogenation is 81.37% and 77.73% respectively. There is much difference in the property of mesitylene hydrogenation over the two catalysts. The mesitylene conversion of Pd/Al-CLM is 100% and that of Pd/γ-Al2O3 is only 6.10%. The selectivity of the saturate productions of mesitylene hydrogenation is both above 77%. The property of mesitylene hydrogenation over two dilute catalysts was also studied. The selectivity of the saturate productions over the two dilute catalysts is both 78% or so. The mesitylene conversion of the Pd/γ-Al2O3 catalyst which is diluted by Al-CLM is 34.76% and that of the Pd/γ-Al2O3 catalyst which is diluted by γ-Al2O3 is only 2.10%.
