摘要
本文分别以H3PO4和无水A lC l3为催化剂,以醋酐为酰化剂,研究了催化剂对二茂铁酰化反应过程的影响。探讨了在确定的催化剂和适宜的物料配比下,二茂铁酰化反应的过程。得出以H3PO4为催化剂时,先是单酰化的主控过程,然后是单酰化和双酰化的协同过程;以无水A lC l3为催化剂时,先是短暂的单酰化和双酰化协同过程,然后是双酰化的主控过程。
The technology of synthesizing acylferrocene was investigated by phosphoric acid and anhydrous alchlor as catalysts separately. The effects of the react temperature and time on acylation process were discussed on the condition of the appropriate ingredient matching. The conclusions are as following: If phosphoric acid was as catalyst, First the single acylating process was controlling process, then the single acylating process cooperated with the diacylating processes. If anhydrous alchlor was as catalyst, First there was a breif coordination between the single acylating process and the diacylating processes,then the diacylating processes was controlling process.
