摘要 引入凝胶介质对晶体生长速率的影响,在非自成核体系中建立了修正的Avrami晶体生长动力学模型。理论研究表明,本模型能很好地反映晶体生长过程中的诱导期和晶化后期,其诱导期的划分点为晶体量8.04mol%,晶体生长速率常数与Lechert模型接近。本模型的理论预测结果与实验数据能很好拟合。 A modified Avrami model was obtained by introducing the gel correction coefficient to the crystal growth rate in the system of non spontaneous nucleation.Theoretical study illustrated that the induction period of the present model was zero when crystal amount was 8 04%,and whose linear crystal growth rate constant was approximately equal to that of Lechert model.The model prediction of the effect of aging of Y type zeolite initiating agent on the crystallization of NaY zeolite showed the same as that of modified Lechert model.
