摘要
石蜡基减压渣油(减渣)具有氢及饱和烃含量较高和硫、重金属及沥青质含量较低的特点。其直接催化裂化产品分布理想,工业试验表明汽油产率可达50%,无特殊环保问题。技术经济分析表明,当生产轻质燃料时,石蜡基减渣直接催化裂化工艺优于延迟焦化-催化裂化和溶剂脱沥青-催化裂化等传统的减渣加工组合工艺。
The vacuum bottoms from Chinese paraffinic crudes are characterized by their high contents of hydrogen saturates and low in sulfur, heavy metals and asphaltene Good product slates were obtained by catalytic cracking the vacuum bottoms alone. The commercial trial showed that the gasoline yield reached 50 wt% and no enviromental problem occured. The technical and economic assessment indicated it is better than either delayed coking/FCC or solvent deasphalting/FCC integrated processes for light fuel production.
