摘要
研究了射流技术喷雾方式对润滑油雾化质量的影响,阐述了雾化原理并通过分析比较,对多种喷雾方式进行了再设计和性能校核,提出了实践中提高雾化质量的一般方法,即以颗粒直径为要求,通过调整喷嘴直径、孔径以及总的入口截面面积等方式来提高雾化质量。
The effects of variable manners of spray on oil spray quality were investigated. The spray principle was put forward, and the different kinds of oil spray was compared and redesigned. The method of improving the spray quality was summarized including adjusting the diameter of nozzle, aperture, and entrance section area for the oil spray quality.
