摘要
介绍了一种滑油磨粒测量与分析系统(DMAS).该系统运用计算机图象处理技术,对机械设备滑油中磨粒显微形态进行测量与分析,并给出设备当前磨损状态的铁谱报表和诊断结论。监测实例表明,该系统显著地提高了机械设备磨损状态监测与故障诊断的准确性和自动化水平,具有较高的推广应用价值。
A lubricating oil debris measuring and analysing system (DMAS) is introduced. Based on computer image processing technique, the system measures and analyses the morphology of particles in machine oils, and gives monitoring reports and diagnosing conclusions about current wear condition of the machine. It is shown in the monitoring instance that the system is valuable to put into practice widely because it can raise the precision and automation level of machine wear condition monitoring and fault diagnosing.
