摘要
本文阐述了C263合金自动氩弧焊缝中大晶粒缺陷的实质,并着重分析了其形成机理和主要影响因素.研究了大晶粒缺陷对焊缝性能的影响,提出了消除大晶粒缺陷的工艺方法.
In this paper the substance of the large-grain defect in argon-arc welding seams of C263 alloy is introduced and its forming mechanism and the main effecting factors are analyzed.The effects of large-grain defect on seam properties are discussed and the technical measures for eliminating the large-grain defect are put forward.
