摘要
通过对SCI收录的25个国家19个学科领域的10年论文统计数据的分析,在原有8项指标的基础上,增设7项新的指标,借助SPSS统计软件,运用主成分和因子分析得出反映论文产出差距的3个独立因子体系,进而从科研实力和科研质量两个角度对各个科技主体的科研水平进行新的排名和诠释.
According to American Information Research Institute＇s data, an analysis is made on 10 years＇ SCI papers from 25 countries in 19 fields. Based on the initial 8 indexes, it creates other 7 indexes. With the help of SPSS, the analysis is based on main cause and factors, then 3 - independent-factor system is established to reflect 25 countries＇ differences of all the information. Finally a re-evaluation and re-explanation is made on S＆T research levels with respect to the output of research strength and quality of each research body by the three factors.
