摘要
磁声发射(M AE)技术是最近10年来发展起来的一种新型无损检测技术,该技术通过对被测物体局部施加一个电磁场,使其产生声发射效应,从而对构件的特性进行分析。在利用磁声发射技术对材料力学特性进行评价的过程中,外加磁场的施加方式以及强弱控制十分重要。本文介绍了一款电压、频率连续可调的交流磁化器的设计,对各主要硬件部分的电路工作原理及其设计思想进行了分析与讨论。该设计对于现场磁声发射检测工作具有较大的实用参考价值。
Magnetic Acoustic Emission (MAE) technology has been developed as a new no - damage testing technology for more than ten years. Acoustic emission from an object can be produced if acts on it. As a result, the dynamical information about the object can be drawn with MAE. During the testing process, the frequency and density of electromagnetic field are critical factors for the testing result. The design and research for a frequency-changeable alternative magnetizer is presented in this paper. The principles and design consideration for main hardware circuits are stated and discussed. The design is of practical value to on-the-spot MAE testing and checking.
