摘要
分析了无铁心永磁同步直线电动机结构特点,介绍其基本工作原理和应用领域,从电机的磁路结构分析与设计、伺服控制技术、无位置传感器控制技术与新型位置检测技术等方面阐述其研究现状与发展趋势。
This paper analyzed the structural characteristic of the ILPMLSM, and then introduced its principle and application domains. In the end, the current research situation and the future development of the ILPMLSM were described, respectively through analysis and design of the magnetic structure, servo control system, sensorless control and new position detection technique.
