摘要
目的观察施氏脊柱平衡手法(三步九法)治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将120例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,治疗组采用施氏脊柱平衡手法——三步九法治疗,隔日1次,共治疗10次;对照组采用牵引合温热式低周波综合治疗,每日1次,共治疗20次;采用自拟颈椎病症状评分表,观察治疗前后两组颈肩部疼痛、上肢放射痛、麻木、颈椎压痛和颈部活动度等改善情况。结果治疗组和对照组在缓解颈肩疼痛、上肢放射痛、颈椎压痛、颈椎活动度等方面均较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组对上肢放射痛、颈椎压痛、颈部活动度等方面改善更为显著,优于对照组(P<0.05);结论三步九法手法是治疗神经根型颈椎病的有效手法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of three-step and nine-therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, Methods 120 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 60 cases were treated by three-step and nine-therapy and control group in which 60 cases were treated by traction and wave irradiation, with a course of 10 days. The clinical symptoms and their scores were observed. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms were all improved in both groups （P〈0.01）, with better effects in treatment group than in control group in improving neck and shoulder pain and cervical movement（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion This therapy is quite effective for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
