摘要
本文制备了连续玄武岩纤维增强的树脂基复合材料靶板,并进行抗弹性能测试,研究影响其抗弹性能的主要因素。结果表明,采用热固性树脂为基体,且基体含量较低时,复合材料抗弹性能较好。以无纬布或单向布为织物结构,并通过表面处理使纤维与基体具有良好的界面,也可提高复合材料的抗弹性能。
The target boards of continuous basalt fiber reinforced composites are prepared. By testing their anti-bullet properties, the main influenctial factors have been studied. The results show that the anti-bullet property is better when the matrix is thermosetting resin with low matrix content; when the fabric structure is no-woven cloth or unidirectional fiber cloth, and have good interface between fiber and matrix by surface treatment, it improves the anti-bullet properties.
