摘要
随着石油企业的重组上市和中外油气田勘探开发合作项目的开展,储量价值评估已成为油田勘探开发、经营管理迫切需要开展的工作。采用净现值法,通过对勘探开发的投资测算,分析了探明储量的经济效益。将该方法用于4个油田新增探明储量的实例测算,总结认为:储量规模及品位、油田开发技术、经济因素和政治因素是影响储量价值的因素,油价变化对储量价值的影响最为敏感,探明储量投资对储量价值的影响最小。
The reserve value evaluation of oil & gas reserve value evaluation has become urgent work in oilfield exploration and development,and management after the oil enterprise recombination and marketing and the carrying out of cooperative projects of Sino-foreign petroleum exploration & development.The economic benefit of the proved reserves has been analyzed by cost estimation based on net cash flow evaluation method.Newly increased proved reserves of four oilfields had been evaluated using the net cash flow method.The factors influencing the reserves value were summarized in the paper including reserve scale and quality,oilfield development technology,economic factor and political factor.Reserve value is sensitive to oil price and has little change with the proven reserve investment.
